Heavy Duty Floor Platform Dial Scales

These rugged floor platform scales are ideal for heavy industrial use. These platform scales feature rugged cast iron base, platform, levers and wheels. The large, easy-to-read 17-inch dial is equipped with knife-edge pointer with 15-inch reading line and chrome plated sash. Scales come with adjustable legs which may be used to replace the wheels for stationary application. The weighing platform measures 16.5 x 24-inches (42 x 61 cm). Other features include a 1/8-inch thick phosphor bronze rack and stainless steel pinion, a spirit level indicator and precision steel springs. The head cover removes for easy access to both the oil dashpot and the dial mechanism. Scales are factory calibrated for accuracy. Setup takes minutes with standard tools. Shipping weight 160 lbs (73 kg).

Chatillon Bench Dial Platform Scales

These quality crafted bench platform scales are available with either a 13-inch or 15-inch glass covered metal dial with knife-edge pointer for precision weighing. Designed for platform use, they feature a rugged cast iron base and heavy gauge steel platform that supplies a heavy weight at the bottom, thus providing extra stability for the scale. Options include a stainless steel platform cover for food applications, quick tare knob, 60-inch high dial column and 7-inch deep provisional pan. a mobile stand is available with lockable casters. Scales may be specified with temperature compensated springs or standard precision steel springs calibrated at the factory using certified weights. Available as H44 Class III "Legal For Trade" subject to on-site verification by local Weights and Measures jurisdictions. Units shipped completely assembled and ready for use. Shipping weight 100 lbs (45 kg).

Portable Bench Beam Scales

These compact, self-contained scales are exceptionally rugged yet easy to use. Ideal for laboratory, industrial or home use. Constructed of steel and cast aluminum, they feature adjustable hardened steel pivots and self-aligning steel bearings. Built-in platform and steel locking mechanisms help ensure safe, secure operation and transportability. Models are available in metric or avoirdupois units of measure with mirrored blance indicators and clear graduations for fast, accurate and positive readings. Several models are H44 Class III "Legal For Trade" and are sealable by local Weights & Measures jurisdications for point of sale use. Each scale is factory calibrated using certified weights. Tare adjustment is tool operated and the bottom left or right beam sections may be used as a measured tare bar. A sliding poise is standard and permits blank taring up to 10 lbs. Metric models have 2 kg taring on a secondary poise. Scales come fully assembled with adjustable leveling legs, buble level indicator and a built-in carrying handle (except PBB300).

DHB Series Digital Hanging Scales are battery operated and fully portable. A large 1” LCD display weighing results and also alerts the operator when error situations such as out-of-range conditions and low battery status occur. A patented electronic design provides one full year of continuous operation on two 9 volt lithium batteries. The scale’s special light-sensing circuit further extends battery life, by automatically turning off the power when ambient light is too low for operation.
