Digital Crane Scales

These rugged, battery powered crane scales offer the latest in easy-to-use digital technology. DWT Series are highly accurate and display results in a large 1-inch LCD format for quick observation. Pushbutton controls on the scale front panel and optional handheld remote control simplifies operation, letting the user turn power on/off or reset the scale zero. A patented electronic design creates exceptionally low power consumption allowing for up to one year of continuous use without having to change batteries. An automatic shutoff feature further extends battery life by monitoring surrounding light conditions and turning the scale off if the ambient light prevents reading the display. Scale features automatic zero tracking to ensure proper weighing results during temperature changes or dust accumulation on the load receiving element. Tare is adjustable to 10% of scale capacity. Scales are furnished with a fixed lifting eye and bottom safety swivel hook.

Dynamometers and Crane Scales

Rugged dynamometer offers top performance for measuing tension, traction and weight at multiple work locations. Their sturdy C-beam design, cast aluminum housing and shatter resistant dial make them ideal for demanding applications. Dynamometer features a 12-inch dial with high visibility markings for quick observations. The maximum reading pointer captures peak reading and may be reset manually prior to next use. Maximum reading pointer tension is adjustable to maintain accuracy under varying test conditions. Needle bearings in the shackles prevent distortion under heavy loads plus help to eliminate shackle misalignment. The dial face may be positioned with zero directly under shackle or in a custom orientation. Available in pounds, kilograms or dekaNewtons. Optional carrying case available.

HB Series
Portable Beam Scales

Designed specifically for use in industrial plants, warehouses or terminals, these durable, wheeled beam scales are ideal for heavy use applications. Available in two base models the HB-600 and HB-1000 Series. The HB-1000 is available with H44 Class III "Legal For Trade" for point of sale use subject to on-site verification by local Weights and Measures jurisdictions. Both are constructed of heavy duty cast iron with corrosion resistant loops, bearings and nose irons. Wheels allow one person to move the scale to alternate work sites and a narrow design permits use within narrow aisles. Beams are graduated on the front and rear with weight indicated at the center of the poise. Self-aligning bearings are used at all our load points and at the beam fulcrum. An offset column makes available the entire platform for weighing without restriction. All units are calibrated at the factory using certified weights.
